Birth

The artwork Birth is a collage made of different kinds of paper (matt, metallic), pieces of one of my prints and there is also a glued piece of paper I painted with acrylic colors.

For me, the collage technique is much more than just cutting a newspaper. It can be 100% authentic and powerful, sometimes even more than painting itself. It depends on the artist’s idea and creativity.

I always frame my collages to protect them in the transport and make them arrive safely at the collector’s home. Rolled in a tube a collage can easily get damaged and I want to save the collector’s time and money, so they can hang my artwork on the wall as soon as it arrives.

The size of the artwork with the frame is 57.7 x 77.7 cm (23 x 31 in).

The collage was signed on the back and it comes with a certificate of authenticity.
